POLICIES NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT A non-refundable deposit is required upon booking an appointment. The deposit will be credited to your total service fees on the day of your appointment. Please note the deposit only secures the time of your appointment and is both non-refundable and non-transferable. CANCELING AND RESCHEDULING Cancelling an appointment for any reason will result in a loss of your deposit, however, canceling an appointment within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the full charge of your service as you have taken a spot that could have been filled by another client. If you decide to reschedule your appointment for any reason, the price of your service will be determined by the price point that is reflected on the day of your newly scheduled appointment (meaning that if pricing has increased since the day you had placed your initial deposit and you reschedule, you will lose the original quoted price and will be subject to the higher price). Rescheduling an appointment must be made at least 72 hours prior to your appointment to ensure the transfer of your deposit to the newly scheduled appointment and to avoid full charge of the service. LATE AND NO SHOWS Cancellation within 48 hours will receive a 50% fee. Any cancellation within 24 hours or no show will be charged 100% the full price of the service. Late notice: Anything after 15 minutes will be considered a no show and will result to 100% fee and rescheduling your appointment. Your deposit will be forfeited and any future appointments and will require another deposit. Anything outside of my working hours is an additional $25 charge. I'ts STILL MANDATORY that you wear a mask at all times during your appointment.
